Policies

Late?

  • If a student is more than 15 minutes late for a class we will turn them away. Makeup class may be given depending on the circumstances for a late arrival.

  • If a parent is more than 15 minutes late to pick up we reserve the right to charge a late fee.

Illness?

  • If a participant is missing class due to illness, they are required to contact us at some point prior to the start of class in order to be eligible for a makeup class.

Make Up?

  • Make up classes will always be granted for communicating absence prior to class

  • 1 Make up class may be granted per enrollment.

  • Make up classes will not be granted for no show or late arrivals unless it is due to extreme and unforeseen circumstances.

Event?

  • Events require a nonrefundable 50% down payment at the time of booking. Remaining cost will be charged not later than the day of event and is  subject to additional fees.

No Show?

  • No shows with no warning will not be eligible for refund or make up classes unless it is due to extreme and unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations?

  • Cancellations made one week prior to class date are eligible for full refunds.

  • Cancellations made less than a week before class start date will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations can be rescheduled to a later date at no penalty as long as communicated before class start date. This is case dependent. 1 reschedule is allowed per enrollment.

Refund?

  • Refunds are at our discretion and are primarily detailed in cancellations.

  • Refund for Passes: refund is dependent on number of classes used from the Class Pass.

Core Values

  • If we believe any student or adult in the environment is behaving in such a way that poses a safety risk to themselves or others or goes against our core values we reserve the right to deny participation in class.
